Sophia Taylor Ali was born on November 7, 1995 in San Diego, California, USA. Currently residing in Burbank, CA, Sophia Ali got her start in the Dallas market when she was 8 years old. She had tremendous support from her acting coach, Antonia DeNardo, who helped her get her first manager in L.A.. Sophia started her career with Disney Get Connected, interstitials on the Disney Channel. She later appeared on SHAKE IT UP!, CSI MIAMI, MELISSA AND JOEY and the pilot for the FX series TYRANT.You can currently find Sophia on Netflix in the zombie spoof The Walking Deceased (2015).  She is also known for Missionary Man (2007) and The Longshots (2008), and soon to be released Mono (2016) and Richard Linklater's latest film Everybody Wants Some (2016). As Bad Kids of Crestview Academy is scheduled to hit theaters in 2016, be on the lookout for Sophia in her new role of Sabrina on the MTV hit series Faking It.
